- Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience

Recruiter Rules
As an employer/recruiter on Job at CG, you agree to:
- Post only genuine, legal job opportunities
- Provide accurate job descriptions, salary, and requirements
- Not post jobs for multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or fraudulent activities
- Not collect fees from candidates as part of the hiring process
- Respond to applicants in a timely and respectful manner
- Not use candidate contact information for purposes other than hiring
- Comply with all applicable labor laws

Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on Job at CG:
- Posting fake, misleading, or illegal job listings
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Sharing false or misleading information
- Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt our platform
- Using automated bots or scripts
- Sharing adult, obscene, or offensive content
- Impersonating another person or company
- Soliciting candidates for activities unrelated to legitimate employment
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit (profile, job listings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Job at CG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it to operate the platform.
Our Content: All other content on Job at CG — including design, logos, code, and copy — is owned by Sunground Technologies. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Account Security
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure
- Never share your OTP with anyone
- Job at CG will never ask for your OTP via call or message
- Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately
- We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access caused by your negligence

Payment Terms
Job at CG offers both free and paid plans for recruiters.
- All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated, unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice
- Free plan features may be changed or limited at any time

Disclaimers

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.
